Celebrating their 30th anniversary as a band, Foreigner is back, bigger and more powerful
than ever. In concert, they continue to electrify fans globally and they did exactly that during their explosive live performances in South Africa during November 2007!
Throughout the 70's and 80's, Foreigner were universally hailed as one of the most popular
rock acts in the world, racking up scores of smash hits, multi-platinum albums, and sold out
concert tours. From Cold As Ice, Hot Blooded, Urgent, Jukebox Hero, Waiting For A Girl Like
You to the chart topper I Want To Know What Love Is, Foreigner's thrilling mix of blustery
blues and impeccably crafted rock continues to captivate generation after generation of music
fans.
Their album, Foreigner 4, spent more weeks on the Billboard chart at number 1 than any
album by AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, U2, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Genesis, Phil Collins or
Eric Clapton.
Foreigner performed to more than 7000 people at the Big Top Arena, Carnival City on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st November. 4500 Cape fans flocked to see them at the Grand Arena, Grand West Casino on Friday, 23rd November.
